Precast concrete portal frame (as for a door or window)  which has been precast, in a factory or on-site, usually with rebar and load transfer bars, which is inserted into the forming for walls so at the efficiently incorporate structural cutouts in the wall when it is cast (poured).  The precast frame is more accurate dimensionally and can include accurately placed reinforcement.
